Entering the Top of the Rock observation deck requires a separate timed-entry ticket and takes too long to fit into a 4-hour city circuit.
There is no sit-down dinner stop scheduled, as the 4 hours are packed with driving and guided walks to maximize your sightseeing. We highly recommend grabbing a quick bite before the 5:30 PM departure, or planning a late dinner near Times Square or the final drop-off point after the tour ends.
