We advise you to arrive at least 15 – 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time to ensure your reservation is honored. You have up to ten (10) minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure your seat on the tour. Ten (10) minutes before the departure time, we note outstanding reservations as “no-shows.” If we have walk-up passengers, they will be given a ticket and will be boarded at this time.

t’s a combined bus and walking tour. While the vehicle moves you between neighborhoods to save your energy, you will get off at every stop to explore. Expect moderate guided walks at places like Central Park (Strawberry Fields) and Rockefeller Center. We highly recommend wearing comfortable sneakers or walking shoes.
No, this tour focuses on the amazing exteriors and memorials. To pack the entire Big Apple experience into one day, we stop for photos outside the Empire State Building and walk the outdoor 9/11 Memorial plaza. Entering the museums or observation decks requires hours of lines, which would ruin the pace of the day.
No, the boat ride is fully included in your tour. The bus will drop you off right at the station, and your guide will handle the boarding process. You’ll get to relax on a scenic cruise with unobstructed, 360-degree photo views of the Statue of Liberty, the Manhattan skyline, and the Brooklyn Bridge.
We make a dedicated lunch stop at the famous Gansevoort Liberty Market. Lunch is not included in the tour price, which is actually a massive plus for you—it means you have total freedom to choose exactly what you want to eat from dozens of local NYC food vendors, rather than being forced into a generic group menu.
If you are booking this tour during the holiday season (late November through December), yes! The stop in front of St. Patrick’s Cathedral and the Atlas Statue puts you right in the center of Rockefeller Plaza, meaning you will get to see the famous holiday setups up close during your guided walk.
